01 Introduction

04 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) 3888win account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3888win reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3888win login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to be your activity and your financial responsibility.

05 Deposits & Payments

3888win processes all player deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits may be made using the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, MCB, Allied Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be added or removed from time to time at 3888win's discretion.

All funds deposited into your 3888win account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 3888win reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 3888win does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 3888win account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

08 Gaming Rules

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically override a stated provision.

09 Prohibited Conduct

Players using the 3888win platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any prohibition listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening, operating, or participating in the operation of more than one 3888win account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3888win platform — including but not limited to the 3888win name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3888win or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3888win platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 3888win content without express written permission.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 3888win's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time. Players may request voluntary account closure by contacting 3888win support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

3888win reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 3888win policy document.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified in advance).
• Regulatory requirement or directive from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, 3888win reserves the right to withhold the player's balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3888win holds its primary international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a player and 3888win, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
